Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately not as many of our suppliers require us to order chain in bulk, but if you are looking to place a bulk order, contact us and we can see if it is viable.
For Guidelines only:
If you have a standard drive (e.g. the cog does not pull out of the drive for child safety) then:
- Measure up 1500mm from the floor. This is the base of your drop.
- From the drop base, measure up to the top of your window. This is your required drop.
If you have a pullaway drive (the cog pulls out when force is applied to a chain)
- Measure up 600mm from the floor. This is the base of your drop.
- From the drop base, measure up to the top of your window. This is your required drop.
